HOW TO BOOK
Click on ‘BOOK NOW’ – this will take you through to our new booking system.
Now choose one of our many different appointment options depending on how many dogs, time length and whether its a weekday or a weekend.
Select a date and time suitable to you (you can amend your appointment if you can no longer attend at any time)
Select and continue – This allows you to book one appointment
Select and add another time – This will allow you to book numerous different appointments of different times and dates at once.
Select and make recurring – This will allow you to book the same appointment for each week.
Then add in your contact details and fill in the form
Then add in payment details and press ‘PAY & CONFIRM’
Once your payment details have gone through you will get a screen that looks like this (top image) and from this screen you can add your appointment to your calendar if needed, log in to your account or create an account. We recommend you create an account so that you can login to check any upcoming appointments and make amendments if needed(bottom image)
Once your payments been made, you will get 2 emails. one being a payment confirmation and one being about your scheduled appointment – from this email you can cancel/change your appointment which will take you to your account and you can also add it to your calendar.
You will receive a text notification to remind you of your appointment and the gate code 1 hour before your booking is due to start
To create an account to or to log back into your account please click the link that is circled in red in the image, on the booking page.
BOOKING A PACKAGE
Click on ‘PACKAGES’ – this will take you through to our new booking system.
Now choose a package option that is suitable for you.
Then add in your contact details and make sure the package is the correct one for you.
Then add in payment details and press ‘PAY & FINISH’
Once your payment details have gone through you will get a screen that looks like this (top image). This will give a code that you can use to redeem against your bookings. Please note the code will only be valid on the type of bookings relevant to your package. i.e if you’ve purchased a 30mins package you cannot redeem this against a 60 min booking. Your code will appear on your account page once you’ve logged in.
You will recieve an email to confirm your booking that will also allow you to reschedule your appointment and add to your calendar
To create an account ot log back into your account please click the link that is circled in red in the image and then follow the step by step that is needed to create an account
Packages can be redeemed when you check out, there will be a reminder to that you have a gift certificate to redeem on the checkout page which you can click to redeem. You can see the balance of any packages by logging into your account and looking at active codes.
You can create an account by visiting the book now page and then clicking on the login button in the top right hand corner
Visit the book now page and login clicking the link the top right hand corner.
You can reschedule a booking either by clicking on the link found in your booking confirmation email or by logging into your account and selecting the booking from your list of upcoming bookings. Unfortunately we cannot change bookings with less than 24 hours notice.
Packages are limited to the bookings they have been purchased for. For example if you book a 5 for 4 package for 30 mins on a weekday you cannot use this package at the weekend or for a 60 mins booking. Please make sure you are selecting the correct booking option and that you have time left on the code. You can check this by logging into your account, selecting the code and it will show how many minutes are left to book.
When you make a booking you will see on the checkout page a notification will show ” Redeem gift certificate. There is a code you can redeem for this appointment, did you want to redeem it?” Above the pay now button. This will allow you to redeem any active codes.
You can check the balance of any codes by logging into your account, and then click show amount remaining on any active codes.
You can reset your password by clicking on the forgotten password link when trying to sign in.
You will be sent a text message reminder of your appointment 1 hour before your booking which will include the gate code
Unfortunately you cannot cancel an booking but you are welcome to reschedule to a new time as long as its 24 hours before your booking is due to start.
